Ideal central location on the Left Bank, in rue de Lille, very near Orsay Museum and the Carre des Antiquaires, also close to the Seine river, to Tuileries Garden and Le Louvre, not far from St Germain des Pres.

Rue de Lille is a very chic address indeed in Paris ; Mr Chaban Delmas, a Prime Minister of France, had his Parisian home in the same street, where you also find the head office of Caisse des Depots et Consignations, a respected and major institution in the French financial establishment, and a few antique dealers of the famous Carre des Antiquaires

Next metro stops are :
- Musee d’Orsay (RER C), right in front of the building.
- Solferino (metro), just a couple of minutes away

Several bus lines have a stop nearby : 24, 63, 68, 69, 73, 83, 84, 94

The apartment

Spacious classical one bedroom apartment, including :

- a living room with a dining area, TV / DVD reader, DSL high speed access to Internet .
The living room also offers a large sofa-bed, a low table, antique stylish furniture
- a spacious bedroom with a double bed. A large cupboard can probably accommodate all the contents of your luggage.
- a bathroom with a bathtub and shower nozzle, and a toilet. Bath towels are supplied
- a small kitchen however providing rather complete basic equipments : a refrigerator, an oven, gas burners, a washing machine, a dish-washer, etc… and a fairly complete set of kitchenware and tableware. Towels are supplied.

Located on the ground floor, this apartment will please all those who don’t like to go through the daily duty of climbing steps.

Short term all-in rates

High season (April to Sept. + Christmas/New Year Dec 20th to Jan 10th)
1 week : 1,750 euros
2 weeks : 2,810 euros
3 weeks : 3,850 euros
4 weeks : 4,800 euros
5 weeks : 5,700 euros

Low season (Oct. to March except for Christmas/New Year Dec 20th to Jan 10th)
1 week : 1,575 euros
2 weeks : 2,485 euros
3 weeks : 3,390 euros
4 weeks : 4,230 euros
5 weeks : 4,990 euros

Refundable safety deposit : 4,000 euros or 6,000 USD in cash or US cashier’s check.

References will be supplied upon request.

In each case :
- a refundable safety deposit, payable upon arrival, will be required to cover possible damage in the flat, and/or the loss of a key.
- a non refundable firm reservation down-payment will be required before arrival.
- electricity/gas expense is included up to a reasonable usage (average 3 euros per 24 hours)
- telephone can be used with prepaid cards for outgoing calls, or at no cost with Skype.
